Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Drive sales conversion & package growth
- Manage daily clinic operations
- Lead doctors, therapists & front desk team
- Ensure SOP adherence & premium client experience
- Monitor reports, performance & inventory
This is a P&L ownership role for someone who thinks like a business head — not just a manager.
Target-oriented, data-driven, and highly accountable candidates preferred.
