We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent written communication skills to manage customer interactions via chat, email, and other messaging platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through email, chat, and other written channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure a high standard of written communication, including proper grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Collaborate with other teams (Operations, Sales, Product) to provide complete solutions.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes or products.
- Follow company policies and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication.

Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or related roles preferred.
