Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage all Quality Control activities in OSD manufacturing.
✔ Review and approve analytical reports, specifications, STPs, and SOPs.
✔ Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
✔ Handle analytical method validation and stability studies.
✔ Manage RM, PM, In-process, and Finished Product testing.
✔ Lead laboratory investigations, OOS, OOT, deviations, and CAPA.
✔ Coordinate with Production, QA, and Regulatory departments.
✔ Prepare for customer, regulatory, and internal audits.
✔ Train and develop QC team members.
Required Skills:
✅ HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution & Wet Analysis
✅ Regulatory Compliance (WHO-GMP, Schedule M, etc.)
✅ Team Management & Leadership
✅ Documentation and Audit Handling
