We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team in hiring for retail operations, corporate roles, and store-level staffing. The ideal candidate should have basic recruitment knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for hiring the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for store, warehouse, and corporate roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic/virtual interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update the candidate database and ATS records
- Support in organizing walk-in drives, campus drives, and hiring campaigns
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer rollout
- Help in onboarding coordination and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (experience in retail hiring is a plus)
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Basic Excel and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to bulk hiring/store hiring
- Understanding of retail/FMCG hiring needs
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability

Pay: ₹9,371.25 - ₹30,892.45 per month
