- Making cold calls to potential customers from a provided database.
- Answering incoming calls to handle queries, complaints, or orders.
- Updating the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with call outcomes and customer details.
- Calling back interested leads to move them further down the sales funnel.
- Ability to understand customer needs and "read between the lines
- Ability to talk to a customer while simultaneously typing notes into a computer.
