We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant to support our financial operations in a part-time, remote capacity. This role involves managing accounts for both a Foundation and a Private Limited Company, along with handling select personal financial matters with a high degree of confidentiality.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, compliance, and financial record management. This position requires a high level of accuracy, discretion, and the ability to work independently while ensuring timely completion of all financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for the Foundation and Private Limited Company
- Prepare and manage vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit-related requirements
- Maintain detailed records of donations, grants, and project-related expenses
- Manage the Director’s personal accounts, including expenses and investments, with strict confidentiality
- Ensure proper documentation, organization, and filing of all financial transactions
Eligibility & Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and compliance
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC regulations
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities remotely
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling accounts for both a Foundation/Trust and a Private Limited Company
- Prior experience managing personal financial accounts is an added advantage

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
