JOB DESCRIPTION
*Assist the doctor during advanced cosmetic procedures.
* Prepare the client for cosmetic treatments.
* Should be able to handle and assist medical cosmetic treatments like PRP, medi-facials, medical peels, microdermabrasion, medical laser, mesotherapy, microneedling, PMU etc.
*Customer relationship management
*Maintain Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Provide a good customer experience.
*Should maintain a good rapport with clients.
*Greeting the clients at the clinic, and registering their personal and medical details.
*Making case schedules.
*Arranging new appointments, and scheduling follow-ups.
*Customer care role by handling reception phone calls, business chats and social media messages.
* Vendor support and inventory management.
*Maintenance of documents, files and records in software and offline.
Requisites
- Good communicative skills
- Experienced/freshers can apply
- Enthusiastic Approach to learning and working in a team
Qualification: Certificate in cosmetology
