Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketer who can drive end-to-end growth for our IT services business. This role requires a mix of performance marketing, content thinking, and data-driven decision-making to generate and convert B2B leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and optimize paid campaigns:
- LinkedIn Ads (primary for B2B)
- Google Ads
- Plan and execute lead generation funnels
- Work on landing pages & conversion optimization
- Support SEO & content strategy (blogs, case studies)
- Analyze performance:
- CPL, ROI, conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing (ads, creatives, landing pages)
- Collaborate with sales team to improve lead quality
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in:
- Performance marketing (must-have)
- Basic SEO understanding
- Tools:
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Strong understanding of:
- B2B funnels
- Lead generation strategy
- Ability to execute + think strategically
