Roles & Responsibilities – Tele Sales Executive (Franchisee Sales)

As a Tele Sales Executive, you shall be responsible for promoting EONMED's franchise opportunities and healthcare services through outbound sales calls. Your key responsibilities shall include:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the leads provided by the Company.
- Promote and explain EONMED's franchise model, healthcare services, and business opportunities to potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales Team.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the Company's CRM or reporting system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets as assigned by the Management.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information regarding EONMED's services and franchise offerings.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of franchise partners.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports, lead status reports, and sales activity reports.
- Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality while interacting with customers.
- Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the Reporting Manager or Management based on business and operational requirements.
Key Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi and Basic English).
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales objectives.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
