Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Indian payroll processing and salary disbursement.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Independently create and implement payroll structures.
Lead and guide a team of Payroll Associates, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.
Manage onboarding and payroll setup for employees under contract staffing.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve payroll and compliance-related queries.
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Indian payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of payroll statutory compliance and labor laws.
- Proven experience in independently creating payroll structures.
- Experience in handling contract staffing payroll and employee onboarding.
- Mandatory team management experience leading Payroll Associates.
- Proficiency in payroll software, HRMS, and MS Excel.
- Also include must be willing to travel when and where required

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
