Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and CCTV systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Manage IP addressing, VLANs, VPNs, and network security.
- Install and configure DVRs, NVRs, IP Cameras, and CCTV surveillance systems.
- Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system uptime.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Coordinate with clients for project implementation and technical support.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and network diagrams.
- Handle remote troubleshooting and on-site technical support.
- Ensure proper backup, security, and data protection measures.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Networking, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Networking and CCTV systems.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, Routing, and Switching.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP Cameras, DVR, NVR, and Access Control Systems.
- Familiarity with network security and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, networking tools, and remote support software.
- Ability to independently handle technical issues and customer support.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- CCNA, CCNP, or other networking certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 Years
- CCTV & Networking Industry Experience Preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
