Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive store conversions, meet monthly revenue targets, and implement strategic promotions for prescription glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
- Customer Experience: Ensure customers receive expert consultation on frame styling, lens coatings, and vision solutions while promptly resolving any customer complaints.
- Inventory Management: Oversee regular stocktakes, manage error-free stock audits for optical frames and lenses, and coordinate with supply chains to prevent shortages.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and guide retail associates and optometrists. Conduct performance appraisals and foster a highly motivated sales floor.
- Operations & Compliance: Ensure cash reconciliations are accurate, maintain store hygiene, and strictly enforce eye care standards and industry regulations.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
