- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction finance or related roles, with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project financing and payments.
- Manage the end-to-end process of GST compliance, including registration, invoicing, filing, and reconciliation.
