About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Associate – Executive Search to join our growing team. This is a research-driven role focused on identifying top talent, understanding industries and markets, and supporting executive hiring assignments for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market, company, and candidate research.
- Identify and map talent across different industries.
- Build candidate pipelines for executive and leadership hiring.
- Support the recruitment team with talent sourcing and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate research records and candidate databases.
- Work closely with the Executive Search team on ongoing hiring projects.
Preferred Profile
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or executive search is an added advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
