We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) to manage accounting, banking, and financial compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, banking operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily banking transactions.
- Prepare and process bank payments, RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and cheque transactions.
- Coordinate with banks for loan documentation, account opening/closure, and other banking formalities.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Support internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules and required documentation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Reconcile ledger balances and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required.
- Work closely with management to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- CA Intermediate (Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and banking operations preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP, Tally Prime, or ERP systems.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
