Job PurposeWe are looking for a highly motivated, confident, and articulate Fresher to join us as a Business Development Associate (BDA). In this role, you will represent our premium product, Accent. Your main goal will be to connect with corporate clients, deliver high-impact product demonstrations, and use your convincing power to drive successful conversions
Key Responsibilities
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging live or virtual (online) product demos of 'Accent' for corporate clients.
- Client Engagement: Understand client needs, pitch the product effectively, and handle questions or objections confidently.
- Deal Closure: Use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close deals.
- Lead Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with prospective clients who have seen the demo to ensure maximum conversion.
- Daily Reporting: Keep an accurate track of the number of demos given and client feedback received daily.
Skills & Qualifications Needed
- Exceptional English Communication: You must have absolute fluency, clear pronunciation, and zero hesitation while speaking.
- High Confidence: Strong personality with the ability to comfortably interact with corporate professionals.
- Convincing & Persuasion Power: A natural knack for influencing people and pitching ideas effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to learn product features quickly and use online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) smoothly.
- Education: Graduate in any stream or final year students available for full-time work.
