Job Description:
Please find below the job description for the role of client coordinator – Valuations, for the Associate Services vertical.
1. Work with the Valuation team and individually co-ordinate between the Team Leader and on-ground Field Engineers. Co-ordination would include all communication, allocation of work to field engineers and coordinating with various technical team members to execute the reports.
2. Update to the client on case status. Interact with the client on reports on a regular basis and making sure all reports are submitted on a timely basis.
3. Be responsible for maintaining the TAT (Turn-Around-Time) of the reports according to the client requirements.
4. Create daily on ground plans for field engineers and allocate cases as per their geographies. Schedule visits with the client as and where required.
5. Support the data entry team by preparation of draft reports as and where required.
6. Make sure fair practices are undertaken while meeting all requirements of the work at hand. At no time should the joinee compromise on the values of the organization.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
