We are looking for a skilled and passionate South Indian Chef who specializes in preparing authentic breakfast dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of South Indian breakfast items such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Upma, Pongal, Poori, etc.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Manage kitchen operations during breakfast hours
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per food safety standards
- Handle basic inventory and ingredient planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience in South Indian cuisine (especially breakfast items)
- Ability to handle high-volume preparation
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety practices
- Team player with a positive attitude
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
