US Healthcare Blended Process Executive.
Location: Kothrud & Erandwane, Pune

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: 5 days per week
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
We are hiring experienced professionals for a US Healthcare Blended Process Executive role in Pune. The position involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions and coordinating with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare processes.
- Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer and process-related records.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and process performance targets.
- Follow applicable HIPAA requirements and company policies.
- Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant US Healthcare Voice Process experience.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in a US healthcare voice/blended process is required.
- Candidates should have verifiable employment history.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates whose experience is limited to Lead Generation are not eligible for this position.
