Assist the Management Team in the following HRM activities:
- Acquisition and recruitment of human resources
- Conduction of employee on-boarding program
- Training & development of employees
- Development and implementation of HR Policies
- Development and implementation of HR Programs / initiatives
- Development and implementation of human resource policies
- Implementation of performance management policies
- Maintenance and administration of employee pay roll
- Compliance with labor regulations
- Administration of compensation and benefit plans
- Maintenance of employee files and records in electronic and paper form
