Compensation
- For the first 3 to 6 months, this role is completely incentive-based
- Recruiters will receive 30% of generated recruitment revenue
- No fixed salary during the initial period
- High earning potential based on performance

Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates from different job portals and social platforms
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination
- Maintain candidate database and follow-up process
- Build professional networks for hiring requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients
- Schedule and manage interviews
- Ensure timely closures of open positions
- Attend daily virtual meetings and performance updates
- Maintain professionalism and communication with candidates
Eligibility
- Candidates with recruitment internship or HR experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
