Role Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensure smooth coordination between teams, and deliver projects on time with high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and plans
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Manage overall project timelines, workforce, and site progress
- Identify and resolve on-site issues and provide effective problem-solving solutions
- Handle material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory management
- Ensure quality control by monitoring workmanship and material standards
- Manage vendors and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and compliance
- Ensure site safety, discipline, and adherence to company standards
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong supervision and coordination skills
- Good understanding of project management and site execution
- Ability to solve on-site technical and operational issues
- Knowledge of material management and quality control processes
- Vendor handling and negotiation skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
- Experience in construction/interior projects is an added advantage
