Position: IEPF Claim Consultant / Unclaimed Shares Recovery Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage end-to-end recovery of unclaimed shares/dividends through the IEPF claim process
✔ Handle documentation, claim filing, follow-ups, and coordination with companies, RTA, depositories & regulatory bodies
✔ Develop and execute strategies for faster and smoother recovery of shares
✔ Review shareholder cases and identify the most effective claim approach
✔ Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
✔ Coordinate with internal teams and clients for document collection and process updates
✔ Stay updated with IEPF regulations, MCA guidelines, transfer procedures and compliance changes
✔ Build structured processes and improve turnaround time for claims recovery
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in IEPF claims / unclaimed shares recovery is mandatory
- Strong practical knowledge of share recovery procedures, IEPF filing & compliance
- Ability to create and execute claim strategies independently
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Comfortable working from Kolkata
- Immediate joiners preferred
