About the Role
Fresh Aisle Café is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer – Social Media & Branding to lead the visual representation of our brand across digital and offline platforms.
This is a design-focused role requiring strong expertise in graphic design, branding, packaging design, and social media content creation. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs that enhance brand recognition and customer engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Digital Content
- Design engaging social media creatives, stories, reels covers, carousels, advertisements, and promotional campaigns for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop visually appealing content aligned with the brand's identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create monthly content plans and campaign creatives.
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all digital touchpoints.
Branding & Creative Design
- Create marketing collateral including posters, flyers, standees, banners, menus, brochures, and in-store promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.
Packaging Design & Product Branding
- Design packaging for food products, beverages, takeaway items, labels, stickers, sleeves, boxes, pouches, and other branded materials.
- Create realistic packaging mockups and presentation-ready visualizations for new product launches.
- Work closely with vendors and printers to ensure packaging designs are production-ready.
- Understand print specifications, dielines, dimensions, bleed requirements, and packaging production processes.
Visual Content Creation
- Perform basic photo editing, retouching, and image enhancement.
- Create simple motion graphics and video creatives for social media campaigns.
- Stay updated with design trends, branding innovations, and social media best practices.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, and digital content creation.
- Demonstrated experience in social media creative design, packaging design, and branding projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding work, social media creatives, packaging designs, and mockups.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Important Note
This is a design-centric role. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to social media account management, posting schedules, or paid advertising without substantial graphic design and branding expertise may not be suitable for this position.
