- Outbound Calling: Connect with registered Shaadi.com users and pitch premium matchmaking services.
- Sales Conversions: Guide customers through membership plans and close sales targets.
- Customer Relationship: Understand user requirements and provide personalized solutions.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversion.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates are welcome to apply).
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Telesales or Outbound Calling.
- Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in Punjabi. Strong command over Hindi and basic understanding of English.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
