Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and attend customer inquiries at the site.
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Maintain proper customer data and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and customer meetings.
- Regular follow-up with leads generated from different sources.
- Maintain daily customer interaction reports.
- Support customers with booking and documentation process.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer communication.
- Ensure proper response to customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain professional behavior and positive customer experience at the site.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM handling.
- Presentable personality and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle customers confidently.
- Follow-up and coordination skills.
Qualification:
Graduate preferred.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
