Key Responsibilities:
- Design electrical systems, circuits, and control panels according to project requirements.
- Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, single-line diagrams, and layout drawings.
- Perform electrical load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, and short-circuit analysis.
- Select electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, motors, cables, and protection devices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and project teams during design and execution.
- Review vendor drawings and technical documents.
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and implement continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in electrical design (depending on the role).
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of electrical design standards and codes (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE).
- Experience with electrical calculations and power distribution systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ETAP, SKM, DIgSILENT, or other power system analysis software.
- Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, VFDs, and industrial automation systems.
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems or industrial plant design.
- Project management and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
