We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX + Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic IT Services team. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver user-centered digital products.

Create and maintain high-fidelity UI mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).

Develop responsive, performant, and accessible front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).

Implement pixel-perfect designs while ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve product design and functionality.

Optimize front-end performance, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices.

Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.

Stay updated with emerging trends in UI/UX design, front-end technologies, and user behavior.
Requirements:

1–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and frontend development within IT services or related industries.

Proficiency in UI/UX design principles, including information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.

Strong coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).

Demonstrated ability to convert design mockups into functional, responsive web applications.

Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub/GitLab).
