StreetKarrma is an upcoming streetwear brand focused on bold, trend-driven designs that
blend youth culture, music, and urban aesthetics. We are expanding our core team and
looking for a creative professional to drive our visual identity through high-quality apparel
design and creative assets.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis. The
ideal candidate will be based in the Delhi/NCR region. In this role, you will be responsible
for crafting original apparel graphics and ensuring all designs are optimized for various
production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Apparel Design: Create original graphics, illustrations, logos, and typography for tshirts, hoodies, and other apparel in line with StreetKarrma's visual identity.
Production Readiness: Prepare clean, production-ready artwork files specifically
optimized for screen printing, DTF (Direct to Film), and other print processes.
Trend Forecasting: Research global and Indian streetwear trends, create mood
boards, and propose fresh concepts for upcoming drops and limited collections.
Creative Collateral: Design promotional banners and marketing assets required to
support the brand's visual presence.
Requirements
Location: Must currently reside in the Delhi/NCR region for hybrid collaboration.
Availability: Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule, working 6 days a week
(Monday to Saturday).
Portfolio: Strong portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, or Instagram) showcasing illustration,
typography, or apparel/streetwear-style graphics.
Software Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, specifically Adobe
Illustrator and Photoshop (or equivalent professional design software).
Design Sense: Deep understanding of color theory, composition, and the technicalities
of how designs translate onto fabric and garments.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and communicate
clearly over WhatsApp, Email, or Google Meet.
