We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Medical Admissions team at our Kochi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making the first contact with prospective students, understanding their admission requirements, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the Sales Managers to ensure smooth follow-up and conversions.
This role requires excellent communication skills, lead management abilities, and strong coordination with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding Medical Admission services.
- Qualify leads by understanding the candidate's educational background, NEET status, preferred course, budget, and location preferences.
- Explain the company's counselling services and create interest among prospective candidates.
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM or lead management system.
- Assign qualified leads to the respective Sales Managers.
- Coordinate closely with Sales Managers to ensure timely follow-up on assigned leads.
- Regularly follow up with Sales Managers for lead updates and maintain lead status.
- Re-engage prospective students whenever required to keep them interested throughout the admission process.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead tracking records.
- Achieve daily calling targets while ensuring quality interactions.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales Calling, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Medical Admissions, or Counselling industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM software or Excel.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
