Salary Range: 8 lpa – 12 lpa (Annual)
Reporting To: Director / Business Head
Position Summary
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Manager – Marketing & Sales (PEB Projects) to lead business development activities for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project sales, consultant coordination, and generating enquiries from upcoming industrial and commercial developments.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. (Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 8–15 years of experience in PEB project sales and business development.
- Proven track record of securing orders for industrial and commercial PEB projects.

- Structural Consultants
- Architects
- PMCs
- EPC Contractors
- Industrial Developers
- Corporate Clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Generate enquiries and secure orders for PEB projects.
- Develop new clients across industrial, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Meet annual order booking and revenue targets.
- Conduct client visits and technical presentations.
- Project Tracking & Market Intelligence
Identify and track upcoming projects such as:
- Factories and manufacturing units.
- Warehouses and logistics parks.
- Data centres.
- Food processing plants.
- Automobile facilities.
- Institutional buildings.
- Commercial developments.
- Maintain a live database of projects, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
Consultant & Client Coordination:
- Liaise with structural consultants, architects, PMCs, and EPC contractors.
- Ensure vendor registration and consultant approvals.
- Promote the company's PEB capabilities and technical strengths.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and consultants.
Tendering & Proposal Management:
- Review tender documents and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and proposal teams.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts.
Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with design, estimation, planning, production, and execution teams.
- Support project handover from sales to execution.
- Monitor collections and customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
- Submit weekly pipeline reports and monthly MIS.
- Track enquiry conversion and order status.
- Forecast sales and order booking achievements.
Desired Skills:
- Thorough understanding of the PEB industry and project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of PEB design concepts, fabrication, and erection processes.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge & Network Requirements:
- The candidate should possess strong market intelligence and contacts with:
- Structural Consultants.
- Architects.
- Project Management Consultants (PMCs).
- EPC Contractors.
- Industrial Developers.

- Real Estate and Infrastructure Developers.
The candidate should be capable of identifying projects from concept stage through execution and converting opportunities into confirmed orders.

- Annual order booking value.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Enquiry generation and conversion ratio.
- Consultant approvals obtained.
- Sales pipeline accuracy
- Collection performance.
- Repeat business from existing customers.
