Job Summary:
We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our Inbound Customer Service team. The role involves handling incoming customer calls, addressing queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with account-related information and service requests.
- Accurately update customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to the relevant team when required.
- Maintain service quality standards and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude and customer-centric approach.
Eligibility:
- HSC / Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a calling, customer service, or BPO environment.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Shift: Rotational Shift with 1 Rotational Weekly Off
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
