We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the organization's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Present and promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective client servicing.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and business development reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, counseling, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
