Nataraj Mobiles is looking for a dedicated and responsible Vehicle Installer to join our Mahindra Division. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle fitment and installation work, customer feedback collection, documentation, and coordination with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and fitment of vehicle accessories and equipment as per company standards.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) support activities.
- Take customer feedback through telephone calls and maintain records.
- Update customer information and service reports in Excel and computer systems.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for vehicle delivery-related activities.
- Maintain installation records and documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.
- Perform test drives and vehicle movement whenever required.
- Follow all safety and quality standards during installation work.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Computers, MS Excel, and Email.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English knowledge preferred).
- Ability to interact politely with customers on phone calls.
- Knowledge of vehicle accessories and installation work will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with technical aptitude may also apply.
Mandatory Requirements
✔ Valid Two-Wheeler & Four-Wheeler Driving License (DL)
✔ Driving skills are compulsory
✔ Basic Computer & Excel Knowledge
✔ Customer Calling & Feedback Handling Skills
