We are looking for a Financial Accounts Specialist to work as part of our team and responsible for managing all forms of financial accounts within the organization.

Relevant Experience: 5+ years experience Location: Bangalore Areas of Responsibility:
- Accounts - Should be able to handle and own the entire accounting and documentation process.
- Raising of revenue invoices as per the input from specific teams on requirement basis.
- Accounts closure activities and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norm.
- Processing of employee reimbursements as per the company policy and should have appropriate understanding of Direct and indirect tax.
- Deduct TDS as per applicable rate Salary and Non-Salary and filing quarterly TDS returns
- GST accounting, calculations, including RCM working computation payment and return filings on Monthly basis GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Preparation of data for GSTR-9 and co-ordinate with auditors for GSTR-9C on yearly basis.
- To prepare Monthly Profit & Loss account, cashflow for Management
- Managing Account receivable and accounts payable. Send timely reminders for collections and prepare weekly reports for the management.
- Payroll processing - Computing employee wise gross and net amount payable on monthly basis along with reconciliation. Looking after employee statutory deductions and tax calculations.
- Create UAN numbers for new joiners, making payment and filing of PF. Filing of ESIC , LWF and PT
- Maintaining monthly compliance calendar for coming months and sharing monthly reports on all compliance activity carried out in the month.
- Well Versed with Tally and Quickbooks for all types of accounting entries and Accounts creation. Good with Banking transactions (Preparing cheque, making online payment, DD, RTGS, NEFT, Bank Guarantee) and Bank reconciliation.
- Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance or legal functions have been outsourced
- Shall oversee audit function - Should be able to handle Internal Audit, External audit and Due Diligence.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
