we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end execution of domestic and international travel bookings.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, guides, activity providers, and other suppliers to ensure that every confirmed booking is executed smoothly and professionally.
This role requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, supplier management, problem-solving ability, and a strong understanding of travel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage confirmed domestic and international travel bookings from confirmation until completion.- Coordinate hotel reservations, transfers, sightseeing, activities, guides, transportation, and other travel services.- Communicate with hotels, DMCs, transporters, vendors, and other suppliers.- Obtain and negotiate competitive supplier rates.- Verify booking confirmations, rates, inclusions, cancellation policies, and payment terms.- Prepare final travel vouchers, confirmation documents, itineraries, and service details.- Ensure all services are reconfirmed before the customer's travel date.- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding client requirements and special requests.- Handle changes, cancellations, amendments, and last-minute travel requirements.- Monitor ongoing tours and provide operational support when required.- Resolve supplier or customer issues quickly and professionally.- Maintain accurate booking records and supplier documentation.- Track payments, supplier deadlines, confirmation status, and operational costs.- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, DMCs, transport companies, and other travel partners.- Ensure smooth execution of FIT, group, corporate, and MICE bookings.- Assist with costing and itinerary planning whenever required.- Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum **2–3+ years of experience** in travel operations, tour operations, destination management, or a similar role.- Strong knowledge of domestic and/or international travel operations.- Experience handling hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, DMC coordination, and travel suppliers.- Good destination knowledge.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent attention to detail.- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent operational requirements.- Good communication and vendor-management skills.- Strong problem-solving ability.- Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, and travel booking platforms.- Good command of English and Hindi.- Knowledge of group travel and MICE operations will be an advantage.
Full-Time Role
Full-time candidates will be responsible for daily travel operations, booking management, supplier coordination, reconfirmations, customer support, documentation, and operational reporting.
Part-Time Role
Part-time candidates should have sufficient industry experience to independently manage assigned bookings and supplier coordination during agreed working hours. The role may include handling specific destinations, bookings, vendors, or operational responsibilities based on business requirements.
