Bat Master is a fast-growing cricket brand focused on branded cricket equipment, private labeling, dealer development, and customer success. We operate an asset-light business model by partnering with manufacturing experts while concentrating on branding, automation, marketing, and business growth.
We are looking for an automation expert who enjoys building systems that eliminate manual work and improve customer experience.
What You'll Work On
- Design and implement end-to-end business automation workflows.
- Automate WhatsApp enquiries, sample orders, customer follow-ups, and dealer onboarding.
- Integrate Meta Ads, WhatsApp Business, CRM, payment gateway, and courier systems.
- Build dashboards for sales, enquiries, and operations.
- Create workflows using tools such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Zoho Flow, or similar platforms.
- Maintain and regularly update the Bat Master website.
- Add new products, banners, landing pages, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Improve website performance, user experience, and SEO.
- Recommend and implement AI tools to increase productivity.
- Troubleshoot automation and website issues as required.
- Document every workflow for future scalability.
Skills Required
- Business Process Automation

- CRM Integration (Zoho, HubSpot or similar)
- Payment Gateway Integration
- Website Management (WordPress preferred)
- API Integration
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and suggest process improvements
Experience with Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Zoho Flow, Interakt, WATI, Gallabox, Razorpay, Shiprocket, Meta Ads, and WordPress will be an advantage.
