Job Summary
A Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patient health, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions (vital signs, symptoms, progress).
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and aftercare.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or life support when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of medical equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing / GNM).
- Valid nursing license/registration from the relevant nursing council.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
Experience
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply (0–3 years typically).
- Experience in hospital/clinical settings is an advantage.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
