Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and quality-driven Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and quality management systems.
- Monitor and continuously improve product and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and internal quality policies.
- Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections.
- Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team.
- Organize quality training and awareness programs for employees.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and prepare management reports.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve overall quality performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Quality Management, QA, or QC.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, quality management systems, and compliance requirements.l
