Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer to manage and supervise all finishing and interior works for our luxury residential house. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring premium quality workmanship, timely execution, material coordination, and proper supervision of contractors to deliver the project as per design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all interior and exterior finishing works at the residential project.
- Coordinate with the architect, interior designer, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Monitor installation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and other finishing-related services.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update the project owner on work status.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate material deliveries and verify quality and quantity before installation.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in residential finishing, luxury villas, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of premium finishing materials and construction practices.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
