Job description:
Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who can both open doors and close deals. This role combines Senior Sales Executive across our furniture and retrofit interior solutions vertical.
You’ll be responsible for generating leads, converting opportunities, and managing client relationships end-to-end, from first meeting to execution and collections.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across:
- Corporate offices
- Co-working spaces
- Commercial real estate developers
- Architects & interior designers
- Build a strong pipeline through:
- Direct outreach
- Networking
- Channel partners
- Pitch furniture and retrofit interior solutions to clients
2. Key Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
- Act as the single point of contact for key accounts
- Identify repeat business and upsell opportunities
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
3. Project Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Design team
- Execution team
- Ensure smooth transition from sales → execution → delivery
- Track project timelines and client expectations
4. Commercial & Closure
- Prepare proposals, BOQs, and pricing
- Negotiate and close deals
- Follow up on:
- Purchase orders
- Payments
- Collections
5. Vendor & Market Knowledge
- Strong understanding of both / either of
- Furniture products
- Interior materials
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in:
- Furniture sales / Interior fit-outs / Commercial interiors
- Strong network with:
- Architects / PMC / Corporate clients
- Good commercial understanding (pricing, margins, negotiations)
- Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience in office furniture or retrofit projects
- Familiarity with turnkey interior projects
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Comfortable with travel
