Job Responsibilities
- Reading Schematics: Interpret technical blueprints, piping diagrams, and assembly drawings to correctly align and construct pumps, motors, and skids.
- Assembly & Fabrication: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic presses to build pumps, install seals, gaskets, and bearings, and mount subassemblies.
- Testing & Quality Control: Perform functional and pressure tests on completed assemblies to ensure they meet engineering specifications and operate efficiently without leaks.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions, unusual noises, or pressure drops, and dismantle defective pumps to repair or replace worn-out components.
Qualification: ITI/Mechanical Fitter
Experience: 4 to 6 years(Salary Based on Experience)
