Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose and rectify CNC machine alarms and faults.
- Maintain CNC machines such as VMC, HMC, CNC Turning, Milling and Lathe.
- Handle CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.
- Check and maintain motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, encoders and control panels.
- Attend machine breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
- Perform periodic inspection, lubrication and calibration activities.
- Maintain maintenance records and spare-parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for machine availability.
- Follow safety procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
