Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site workers.
- Monitor daily work progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and coordinate with vendors for site requirements.
- Verify site measurements before execution.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identify and resolve on-site execution issues promptly.
- Ensure projects are completed within the assigned timeline.
- Maintain site attendance, daily progress reports, and execution records.
- Ensure all workers follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Support the successful completion and handover of projects.
Required Skills & Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision or construction site execution.
- Basic understanding of interior materials, furniture installation, and finishing works.
- Ability to read basic AutoCAD drawings and site layouts.
- Good coordination and communication skills with workers and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
