We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Support performance appraisals and training programs.
Ensure HR policy compliance and maintain employee records.
Assist with payroll, benefits, and HR reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR operations.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
