We are looking for a polite and confident Telecalling Executive to support our hospital client in Rewa. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with patients, collecting feedback, confirming appointments, and maintaining positive patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Call patients for follow-up and appointment confirmation.
- Collect patient feedback after consultation or treatment.
- Request patient testimonials with their consent.
- Answer basic patient queries and provide necessary information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and patient interactions.
- Coordinate with the hospital team for patient follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, healthcare, or BPO will be an added advantage.
