We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Commis I / Commis II to assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in the Turkish, Tandoor, or Indian section. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation, and hygiene standards while supporting the senior chefs in delivering high-quality food.

Assist in preparing and cooking dishes as per standard recipes.

Prepare ingredients, sauces, marinades, and mise en place before service.

Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef during daily kitchen operations.

Ensure food is prepared with consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned work area.

Store food items properly and follow stock rotation procedures.

Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.

Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.

Perform other kitchen duties assigned by senior chefs.

Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts is preferred.

Commis I: 1–3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant.

Commis II: 6 months–2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant.

Experience in Indian, Tandoor, or Turkish cuisine is preferred.

Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
