We are seeking a smart, organized, and responsible Office Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations in the school office. The candidate should have good communication skills, computer knowledge, and the ability to handle office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle front office and administrative work efficiently.
Maintain student records, files, and school documents.
Manage phone calls, emails, and parent inquiries professionally.
Assist in admissions, fee records, and office correspondence.
Coordinate with teachers, staff, and school management.
Prepare reports, letters, and other official documents.
Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Prior experience in school administration preferred.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
