Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. The candidate should have experience or basic knowledge of welding machine structures, frames, and fabricated components. Freshers with welding knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ARC, MIG, and TIG welding as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
- Weld machine frames, fabricated structures, and mechanical components.
- Ensure strong, accurate, and high-quality welds.
- Grind, finish, and inspect welded parts.
- Follow welding procedures and quality standards.
- Operate welding machines and related fabrication tools safely.
- Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, and production teams.
- Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean.
- Follow all safety procedures and use the required PPE.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of ARC, MIG, or TIG welding.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings.
- Experience in welding MS, SS, and fabricated structures.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and fabrication tools.
- Good attention to detail and workmanship.
- Teamwork and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- ITI Welder / Diploma / SSLC or equivalent.
Preferred Candidate
- Freshers with welding knowledge are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in fabrication or machine manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience in SPM machine fabrication or industrial equipment is an added advantage.
