BRIEF PROFILE AND WORK EXPECTATIONS FROM THE CANDIDATE:
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with workings in compliance with IGAAP/SEBI regulation.
Execution and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Ensure timely submission of Audit committee/Board deliverables, review of policies approved by Audit Committee/Board and closure of ATR’s
Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, the Companies Act 2013
Testing of system requirements, evaluate new requirements and providing CRs to IT, liase with IT for resolution of defects and delivery
DESIRED COMPETENCES/QUALIFICATIONS:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 1- 2 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting.
Life Insurance industry and Big 4 or BFSI listed experience is preferable.
Good knowledge of I GAAP, IND AS, Accounting practices and standards, SEBI regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders.
